Popped down to the CO-OP in Dawlish on the 03rd Jan 2025 to pick up some nibbles. Noticed every freezer was empty and the reason was that all the freezers stopped working at the same time. I understand the CO-OP's legal issues over not giving the frozen (or not so frozen) to anyone that wants it, but it still makes me sad how wasteful it was to just throw it all in the skip, and it was a heck of a ...

Just been outside, absolutely freezing cold. Met Office says it will feel like -6C tonight. Shame global warming never took off.
