Contact our Councillors to find out their thoughts?! Have you seen that list of Councillor names?! Looks like a wanted list of crooks to me. I would not trust the majority of them to inform me of the time, let alone, council matters. How could you trust a group of people who conspire at every decision involving our town?

As you rightly point out it is a training centre as much as it is a youth centre. I looked at the plans and it is open until 10pm, Monday to Friday. FOR TRAINING! Don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to do metalworking training until 10 at night. I wouldn't want to live next to it either. On the youth side... it's not open on Sundays, or Saturday afternoons... what does that say about it ...

I'm furious about the proposed use of the youth center. The problem isn't that there will be "disaffected young people" (DYPs), it's that they will be herded here from all over the district. So, whereas it's fine to have DYP's from Dawlish here, because they'll balance out person-to-person the decent kids, now we could end up with 20 DYP's to every normal adjusted kid - and that's NOT right!
