My opinion is that the entire Police system needs a total overhaul from the top down. There are to many so called bosses and the poor people on the front line dont even seem to know the law or what their doing on a daily basis. Whats more interesting is what are ordinary people going to do about it. This country is so close to a national rebelion that will make the London riots look like childs play, and the goverment at all levels just keep ignoring it whillst feeding their greedy bellies off the national debt. Did anyone voting for a PCC know they would be able to do this sort of thing?

Thank God the planning committee didnt fall for his little scheme with a 15 to 4 voting majority I dont see how he has grounds to appeal. The land isent even on the Dawlish plan for housing development and has been designated for employment use only. Its Round 2 to Dawlish in reality because his Black Country Properties scheme also failed planning years ago.
