I didn't say global warming had anything to do with earthquakes I pointed out that there are thousands of people suffering in this world through natural catastrophies.. I also said we should discuss the enviroment and global warming on here rather than petty stuff (I am guilty) otherwise we will not have a Dawlish to worry about.

Lets put aside our pettiness on this forum for a while and think of those suffering in Burma and China untold suffering beyond our imagination. Why arent people here concerned about the enviroment and global warming, if these issues arent addressed there wont be a Dawlish to moan about.

Me again What is wrong with people.Some moan about the class of visitor and the town needs to be more upmarket, shops come in which are going to attract those people and they are criticised. Lots of young adults in Dawlish wear designer clothes, if they can buy them here they wont be spending money in Exeter or Torquay. These shops probably sell on the internet as well. At least they ...

I couldn't afford a £300,000 house but will go into No. One Cafe. Its clean offers wide selection of pastries and food of a high quality and the staff are nice. Dont knock something diiferent or better than what is already on offer

Where are these young 'yobs' Kids may be noisy have a few swear words they bandy about thats normal. I am sick of people slighting the youth I have nothing but respet from them.

Now I it's called Cafe One, thanks. A pot of tea there cost £1.40 the same as Bow windows difference is it comes in a china Pot with plenty of milk and extra water. Coffee is no more expensive than Cafe Nero or Starbucks. The pastries are the best in town. I go in about 3 or 4 times a week

Dawlish Blue is brilliant and the sort of thing we need. I hope they are successful. The Town Council should put signs to advertise them and Vivians Gallery, Breaking Wind etc.,this part of town needs to be kept alive and kicking.

My son and his now wife rented a flat on Barton Terrace. They used to leave for work at the same time and go home together. They would find the t.v. turned on bed unmade lights on etc. They thought it was the landlord so changed the lock and put locks on all the windows. It still went on, they ended up living with me untill they found another place. I am sceptical but there was a strange ...

My grandchildren loved it that is all that matters
