Only Me, All that you say is true. However, the same could be said of maintaining, tuning and repairing your car or of DIY. User4549, I knew from the article that they were police trained. I wonder whether issuing tickets knowing them to be unenforcable amounts to criminal extortion. If so, then instructing warders to do it would be conspiracy. Don
