Once again Dawlish Town Council prove how useless they are. Isn't it amazing how projects which personally benefit them come to fruition, while other projects fall by the way-side or are dragged out in the hope they are forgotten. What happened to the promised Youth Club? The Council slyly down-graded to a Skate Park, but the present situation only highlights their incompetence. If only ...
