A NEW temporary home has been set up for the Black Swan population in Dawlish which has been named Quackingham Palace. Seems a bit harsh fine, couldn't the council just warn him to get it lifted or else ? or does the tenant have to have a chance to lift the items . £458 rate ? to remove the items, done by the councils own workers and another excuse to raise excess money

So during the towns busiest time, the weekend when the kids are off school and the holiday makers swap over the unit is closed. Also why is it an appointment based service now and how do you make an appointment. The managers that make these decisions seriously need to have their jobs removed on the basis of total incompetance.
