Has anyone else noticed the national lottery has changed its website so it automatically chooses both days to play?
I've just been scammed into playing two days. I only ever play rollovers and only now and then.
it seems corporations are getting desperate. Probably an indication the economy is going down the pan.
Just withdrawn the remaining funds and made a complaint.

I'll close the account down after these games have played out.
If you go to Thunderball, it now automatically chooses every day option. This is a scummy change in my view. I bet lots of people will get caught out by this.
When the page first loads, the options are all off, which is how it used to be.
Then the options start getting chosen for you as if you are clicking them with your mouse.
You can see the 01 week just being chosen in the screen grab.
Someone somewhere made the decision to try to trick people into gambling more than they are used to.
Response from the Gambling Commission
Thank you for contacting us regarding the recent changes to the National Lottery website and app.
We acknowledge your concerns.
Allwyn has informed us that it has made these changes to improve the player experience on the National Lottery website and app. We understand that players can change their selections and only play the days/number of weeks they want by clicking the ‘ON/OFF’ button next to each day or selecting to play for more than one week.
This is a lousy explanation by Allwyn since players could already choose additional days if they wanted to. What they can't do is undo the additional days they were tricked into playing.
If they can get away with this, how long will it be before they automatically start selecting 'By Direct Debit' for you too?
