A MAN has been sentenced following a violent attack at a charity fundraiser in Dawlish. The attack which left a victim needing life-changing surgery saw Daniel Smith pleading guilty to wounding.

Why was Harry Waugh's thuggery worse than Daniel Smith's? No one was hurt let alone had their jaw broken, and he got 30 months in jail.
