I was minding my own business the other day, when a dog came past me in Marine Parade and poohed, whilst in motion, so to speak. The steaming mess was simply left there as it proceeded, doing a wheelie, or whatever it is these disrespectful canine-boarders call it. I was in Shanghai last week and went on the maglev train a couple of times.. You really should get one in Dawlish instead of that atmospheric railway thing. It travels at 420 kilometres an hour, just think how quickly you could get to Newton Abbot.

No, i'm not crying wolf this time. An old colleague from Manila-days who's a New Yorker is rendezvousing with me in Dawlish. I depart in one hour, takes me 30 hours to get to Oakland Park. I've promised him real toxic scrumpy - which Pub do I get that in Dawlish - not 'Strongbow' or anything like that.
