I see that after the auction house closure, it has now opened as "Dawlish Emporium", buying and selling second hand goods. Had a quick look, seems a bit pricey, maybe they're open to negotion though? Ellies Attic seems a better option

Just seen the huge peices of tree trunks being carted of to wherever. Might have been nice to seem them turned into carvings to display on the lawn?

I do quite a bit of my shopping locally, but I'm getting a little bit tired of this "use us or lose us" theme being banged on about all the time.
