What a twit the Emperor Solarzoom IV is, apart from the benefit of jobs for the young, what about the lorries and traffic during the tourist season it's bad enough now, but Dawlish will become gridlocked if they are allowed here. Please dont reply with an idiotic comment such as 'if you dont like it move'

The only people that thought they were necessary were the Town Council and 2% of the poll they conducted.

Perhaps whoever gets the brown envelope thinks its not big enough yet.

Concerned, The double yellow lines are not legal lines so are not enforceable, even though the highways agency have been informed they have not bothered to correct them, thats why nobody gets a parking ticket.

Its nice to able to agree with every comment made regarding the lunacy of the bus stops. When there is a serious accident they (council) with say 'We will learn from our mistake' it will be too late then. Why is it the buses from Dawlish to Teignmouth always manage to stop in a position so that the Island stops you overtaking when you can see its clear to do so.

Teignbridge council have what I think is a hidden agenda, all parking will be put out to tender, and you can be sure NCP will get the contract, and we all the know the sneaky tricks they employ to make a profit.

I think you will find that Tesco have bought an option for the lease of the football ground. If Tesco come to town just imagine that traffic snarl up with the number of cars and delivery lorries to and fro, and during the summer tourist season nothing will move, and the centre of town will die.

If the Council had not wasted nearly £100,000 on CCTV which cannot see at night (they now need to spend morey tax payers money for new cameras) and can see hardly anything during the day due to the leaves on the trees, also had they not lied about the consultation process there would have been that money in the pot, to be used for more important projects.

A police risk assessment document says support officers cannot be the first to respond to any incident, cannot attend an incident which involves confrontation on their own and must call for backup or withdraw if a situation involves confrontation. They are also told they cannot issue fines, detain people or confiscate alcohol if any violence is threatened, cannot carry out searches at a crime ...

Lets hope you have good luck Anon and get this guy on camera, but also dont put yourself in a dodgy position if you are alone.Lets hope he doesnt read this site. My sympathies to lady whose dog was savaged by a Staffordshire in the Manor a few days ago, it has so far cost her £400 in vet bills, I understand that 3 dogs (including hers) have been attacked by the same Staffie so far.
