Dawlish Discussion

I have noticed the plan to turn this car park into a pay and display. My concerns are that instead of people paying they will be parking on the roads in and around the estate causing a lot of congestion. There are enough problems with double parking around the back of Elmgrove which could cause major problems if the emergency vehicles needed to get through.

Teignbridge council have what I think is a hidden agenda, all parking will be put out to tender, and you can be sure NCP will get the contract, and we all the know the sneaky tricks they employ to make a profit.
