It is the same councillor who built the luxury flats on a flood plain in Dawlish Warren, and in doing so devalued the propery of 3/4 residents who live in Lee Cliff Park who now look at a brick wall from their lounge window. I think you will find that Viaduct is only pointing out the law, and he is correct it is illegal to collect money in open containers. If as it seems you are a morally correct person, then you should agree that breaking the law, IS BREAKING THE LAW

There is one on top of the Mount Pleasant Pub that looks out over the bay http://www.dawlishwarren.info/webcam.htm But like our CCTV it is not infra red and can only see the twinkling light across that bay at nite, ok during the day and also like our CCTV does not pan automatically. so much for £80.000+ of our money spent by the previous Town Council.

When the controversy over CCTV was running I heard our Town Council threatened them with court action over printing the truth and now they wont accept the publics letter concerning CCTV, by the way I hope you know they dont work and night, and they only pan round when somebody is operating it in Newton Abbot. As you all know the previous council spent £80,000 + for cameras that cannot see at night. On Feb 5th I watched a guy key my car in the Strand outside Crissies Flower Shop, called the police and gave an interview the following day, they also interviewed the man, who obviously denied it. As far as I know basically nothing, I have seen one of them talking to very young children drinking and smoking in the Manor Park, and not once have they taken away the booze this has happened many times.
