@Lynne - i had politely advised the couple that cycling was not allowed on the sea wall. the bloke replied 'i didn't know that' and just cycled passed. Actually there is another cyclist on another picture who barged his way passed a large group of people as well. It would seem the 'No cycle' signs have been slowly disappearing form the barriers on the sea wall. You can have as many ...
