At the beginning of September I had cause to complain through the surgery's complaints procedure about one of the doctors. I received an acknowledgement and waited the 25 working days they say they need for an answer to my complaint. None was forthcoming. I will be persuing this matter, but I wondered if any others had had a similar experience?

Looks like I spoke too soon. I have attempted to reply to your personal message Andysport, however it will not send. But the gist of it , is that I shall report to the webmaster with a view to removal of the protagonst concerned all unfounded personal attacks on me.
An air of tranquility has settled over Dawlish.com, the last two days. Do you suppose it's safe to go back in the water?
