How can a small town like Dawlish support TWO betting shops? I suppose it has gone to the dogs, literally. Presumably some one granted permission for this to happen. How low can Dawlish sink? I watch from afar with interest.

Yes. Every month or so there is a meeting between estate agents and local builders and they talk about which properties are coming up. They are interested, obviously, in character properties, particularly if they need a bit of work. In the two years that I lived there Dawlish noticeably deteriorated, from a fairly low starting point. I don't think that there is much can be done about it. Dawlish councillors are happy with the status quo - it doesn't really make much difference to them - local businesses still rake it in during the summer from tourists, the property market is still buoyant so the scams that some estate agents ...

You the same thesouthern_lad who ripped off a bunch of people on Ebay and is currently 'no longer registered'? You certainly have a similar approach to grammar and sentence construction as that person, according to Google.
