Does anyone know what the HSBC in Dawlish is going to be?

First i heard that it was going to be a Yates wine bar but i've also heard that it could be a betting shop! I hope it's the Wine bar!

no doubt that mr baileys will be taking it over like the rest of dawlish.

The planning application pinned on the door is from Bet Fred. And all the gorgeous wood panelling inside has been ripped out. I know it probably didn't fit their corporate image but what a shame. Sadly, although this building is listed but it is only the outside.

How can a small town like Dawlish support TWO betting shops?
I suppose it has gone to the dogs, literally. Presumably some one granted permission for this to happen. How low can Dawlish sink? I watch from afar with interest.

Im all for it being turned into Dawlish's very own Spearmint Rhino or Stringfellows! Bring it on! I'll support it! No more sh*t cafes or chipshops! All the cafes and chip shops (apart from Strand Hill chippy) are utter sh*te - wouldnt give any of the food to a tramp!
Why not turn it into one big charity shop and f**k the other charity shops off! - Charity shops - who wants to buy some dead dudes p**s ridden pants? WTF???????
