The old British saying you can take a horse to water but you cant make it drink comes to mind.

There is integration but we need to work on it and be understanding and drop the us and them rubbish attitude. If no one other than white middle class has joined your club maybe ask yourselves why and not blame the minorities for not joining. I grew up in a city, in a part of the city that was one of worse in Europe (apparently). I know cities and what good integration can do.
