The only people helping the smaller political parties to get more votes is the Liebour and Cons party in my opinion. Reform would not exist if we had governments that were true to their word, but again they are politicians so we should always expect the opposite of what they say in my opinion.

Shame the Dawlish council cannot do the same for the rest of what is left of Dawlish, but I suppose as long as the manor House and close surrounding area is ok, who cares about the rest of Dawlish spiralling down the drain.
