@Carer the AI Bots that have replaced human reporters at Devon Live seem to have confused Linus from Peanuts with our obese Town, District and County Councillor.

A plot of land in Dawlish is set to be registered as a community asset after the town council voted to take urgent steps to safeguard its future. The move also unlocks up to £12,000 from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to fund due diligence work, as part of a wider plan to explore the land’s long-term viability.

VILLAGERS in Cockwood will be able to delve into the delights of reading thanks to a project sponsored by the local school. The new village community library was officially opened by the Lord Lieutenant of Devon David Fursdon, alongside Dawlish Mayor Cllr Anthony James and Deputy Mayor Cllr Lynda Littlewood.

Have to pop down and see them, they had some nice quality garden tools and chainsaw's last and at a pretty good price considering they looked almost brand new. I believe they will even source gear for you if it is not currently in stock.

They ask for the opinions of the town's folk and always do the  complete opposite as long as it can waste as much money as possible and continue the rapid downward spiral of decay to the town, in my opinion. Observations over the past 20 odd years living in Dawlish.

Does that mean they will fix all the large pot holes or just put signs out for them to avoid falling in. I assume it will be the latter knowing anything todo with Dawlish, unlike Newton Abbot and Teignmouth.
