MORE than 1,200 people have signed a petition in support of keeping a popular Dawlish green space open to the public. The Newhay, next to St Gregory’s Church, is Glebe land belonging to the Church of England but there is a question mark over its future since Teignbridge Council did not renew its lease of the site.

A lib dem local councillor raising a petition for action by a lib dem run district council to reconsider.......we have been here before folks ....remember the petition by lib dems for replacement bridge in the manor? kicked into the long grass not unlike the newhay now.

This lib dem council couldnt run a piss up.........well you know the rest. This is the disfunctional party that was voted in by YOU.

They ask for the opinions of the town's folk and always do the  complete opposite as long as it can waste as much money as possible and continue the rapid downward spiral of decay to the town, in my opinion. Observations over the past 20 odd years living in Dawlish.
