The point is that the largest producers of fruit and veg are outside of the EU and as tariffs on goods from outside the EU are being cut to zero maybe things will be cheaper, i doubt that will be the case but one can always hope.
I see we produce a lot of pulses, currants and gooseberries.

I reckon there may well be some vacancies in parliament soon, and when those seats are up for grabs who will go for it?. Pay is a lot more that 27k.
This isn't a new job, it's a replacement of Alison Holmes who has done this job for several years now but has handed her notice in to move onto something else. So the salary is already within the budget. I think she's done a good job and whoever takes over has big shoes to fill!
