Been told that Dawlish town council pay for this service and intend continuing to do so.
Another short sighted idea from this council as it mentions more risk from fly tipping which will probably cost more to uplift than having thr rural skip. Perhaps the costs could be covered if they grow some and prosecute the travellers who leave rubbish with the tax payer picking up the bill.
