NEW pollution alerts were issued along Teignbridge’s coastline today, after raw sewage was discharged into the sea at Holcombe Beach, Coryton Cove and Dawlish Town Beach. The sewage discharges were a result of the recent stormy weather.

The water firms get away with it citing heavy rainfall.....they should be fined every time it happens, that would focus minds on solutions rather than share price.!!!

So much for operation CLEAN SWEEP Which if memory serves we  we had to 

pay a premium to have the best bathing beaches.

there is a term for this, but that is for your imagination to work out.
