I find it distasteful and dare I say immoral for a lone individual to profiteer from the looted item and what it represents. It should have been handed back to Germany or donated to an appropriate charity or museum.

Should'nt we (the public) want DCC to make a profit from parking enforcement rather than run it at a loss? Any loss would have to be subsidised meaning other more vital services (eg: Education and Care) have less funding.
