I found it difficult in the past,phoning on 888877 as early as 8.30am. The phone seemed permanently engaged. I now use the 08450264418 number and never have a problem as long as you phone early.
The revised plan for a youth centre at Sandy Lane(this weeks Dawlish Gazette) says nothing about a Bar and Disco. Where did that come from. I saw the original planning application posted on the fence at Sandy Lane but haven't as yet seen a revised one.
Maybe you should try!! That's if you want a positive answer!!
Why don't you ask a member of the local council? That's what I did and got a positive response.

I have just had some feed back from a member of Dawlish Town Council. The Producers Market will be opening in October, the Town Council have been working on the idea since April.
