So after our local MP "warned " the goverment to continue this ( see Nov MDA report post ) it seems they have taken no notice of him but hey its good lib dem  PR to pretend  as if the labour goverment ever would listen to a minority party.

Third time this story is on.

Alledgly all frozen food dumped rather than offered  to charity/foodbanks. . Assume its because they so not want sued in case anyone eats it and complains. However makes mockery of supermarkets PR strategy by virtue signalling of showing  pictures of collections of food raised for chairity as its a tick box exercise as publicity for the supermarket.

Dont see how it could be made safer as a) its a main road, so no speed bumps for example could be put in the road B) There are 2 zebra crossings in that area  so its not a fast race area along with the normal speed limit for that section of road. The issue here is  everyone who goes on a march against immigration is termed a " far right " person when it also involves people who are genuinely concerned about  the numbers and cost. Thousands have landed since this goverment have been elected and the overall cost is billions to the tax payer. Its not correct to say the companys £2.8 billion investment as its the south west water users  e.g US that will be paying for it. 100% agree. The lib dems are always up for any photo opportunity only last week it was opening a gym, makes the public think they are actually doing something constructive for the town eg. 18k grant for silly chewing gum signs and payment for a couple of orange suited workers to pretend there was at least a couple of days work walking up and down the strand removing non existing pavement  chewing ...

Another shambles regarding  post office counters in the strand they knew the old one was being closed and relocated many months ago but still cant get their act together.

Whilist very admiral about a proposal to create a volunteer workforce to clear the main waterway why are we the taxpayers continualy paying higher rates with a lack if action from the powers that be in teignbridge . Over £80k alledgly spent on rhe manor, a replacement bridge for the brook ignored, the relevation that our MP has so much time on his hands as he can  do more than one job, the list ...

As reported in todays gazette our "hard working MP"is staying on in other council roles. Obiviously he must have so much time on his hands that he can do all these jobs or is it just financil greed that he can rake in more allowances for himself despite earning over £90k a year as an MP.

@tosspot I wasnt banging in about benefits i merely raised the issue that surely a local councillor should be using her time about issues in dawlish rather than.police measues . Yes coryton cove is in dawlish but the issue was with people NOT a location which you cannot differintate between , the police cannot go and give a warning to a location andyou talk about being thick......!!!! . Dont expect Teignbridge council to do anything, just spent northwards of £80k doing up the manor. All these councillors talk about how lucky we are to live in dawlish but when it comes to keeping the upkeep of dawlish e.g dredging the brook , replacing the bridge in the park they are not intrested, too busy playing party political games at council meetings and always saying they have no money.

3000 more immigrants arrived since labour got into power,luckily the penshioners winter payment cancellation will help pay for their board, lodging, food and heating while some of our penshioners die of cold and hunger this wintet.
