Went to teignmouth boxing day to watch the swim. I couldnt believe how many shops and cafes were closed.Even the pier was shut. Thousands of people in the Town, yet nothing open. Dawlish is a fantastic town. We should be proud of it. Yes it has its faults but they are minor compared to elsewhere. The people are friendly and welcoming to new comers. As a local footy fan who has visited the ground a few times, i have to say that reaching the 4th round is a great achievement.
