A Teignbridge village is being used as a drinking den by youngsters. Complaints have been made at a recent police surgery run by a community support officer at a Starcross charity shop. Two men from Dawlish age 27 and 25 have been arrested on suspicion of stealing a car. A dog handler followed a blue Vauxhall Corsa being driven erratically towards a car park in Newton Abbott at 3.40am yesterday.
