So pleased the dog has found a good home. People that abandon any animal disgust me. I drove past Starcross earlier in the week and saw police talking to travellers in the car park, there was rubbish everywhere. I see the clean up bill for the Teignmouth car park could reach £2,000, also what about the lost revenue in parking fees? or do they pay to park their vehicle?
