It's sad to see the decline of nearby towns and cities I used to enjoy as a kid. I've been watching it happen for decades and there seems to be no end to it.

All very well keep bashing the police but you can't tell me some of the parents aren't aware of their little darlings antics, shouldn't need to be a police issue if the parents actively parented!
