An avid Devon rail enthusiast has shared photographs of rare trains he has spotted travelling through different railway stations across the county over the past four months. Yesterday, November 9, Thomas Mills, of Dawlish, captured on camera a DCR Class 60 on the South Devon Railway for the first time.
