Disabled drivers are allowed to park all day in pay and display unless it states otherwise if you take notice you will see 4 or 5 vehicles with badges parking all day as they live in the Strand.
FredBassett you are spot on i would have dispatched it for a tenner what a waste of money especially when the fire service is cutting appliances and crews in Devon
It may be that i am missing the point but if car parking is cut by half does that not mean a reduction in people shopping and therefore a reduction in the amount of cash being spent in The Strand
