The air show website is a little confusing it states Red Arrows to open Dawlish Air Show August 18,2013 and then states Flying Display 2013 Saturday 24th August Red arrows Midday for anyone planning to visit it could be very confusing. If they read the first statement they could well believe they have missed it and decide to have a day out elsewhere.

A new cycle path is being built from Exeter to Plymouth allongside the A38 plus 7 further cycle routes on Dartmoor at a cost i believe in excess of 7 million pounds. I also understand when the route alongside the A38 is complete cycles will be banned from the A38 and the riders will have to use the cycle way.
Tried it in Hongkong about 35 yrs ago it was very good. Dogpoo is a problem and wherever it is the owner should pick it up on the question of a dog licence all dogs should be chipped with a yearly licence fee payable of 100 pounds
In my home town Charatiy Shops are not allowed on the High Street they are all in side streets and you have to really search for them they provide a service but we need vibrant interesting shops lets be honest Sainsburys is more interesting than most of the shops in The Strand
It will only come into force if the tories win the next election so is it an attempt to gain more votes a promise or just another wild idea.
My question is would you invest thousands opening a new venture in the Strand probably not and why because the decline cant be reversed. There are of course exeptions Totnes Keswick in Cumbria and why are these high street flourishing because they are interesting diverse and give the people what they want the same cant be said of The Strand, in 10 years it will be empty.
