I know! But whatever they spend on the line is useless while ever we have Voyagers travelling along the line! But..........CC are about to solve this problem by stopping all of their services at Exeter! So, we won't have that problem after December 2017 but we also won't have much of a service!

Cross Country only own (lease) five HSTs, which is why we see very few of them down here. The CC trains are the original Virgin Voyagers made by..........Virgin..........byword for cheap and nasty!! Sadly, people, like CC, use the word average to get out of all sorts of arguments. They will tell us we see many more passengers on individual trains but say the AVERAGE NUMBER is........ and it is ...

Well said b.o.liking!

Wants  Referendum because we did'nt understand the previous vote. Such arrogance

Standing on Newton Abbot station on Thursday morning at 9:15 and a Cross Country train from Manchester to Paignton arrived and I made a point of counting the number of passengers on the train. To the best of my ability I counted 63 passengers just a small difference to their average figure of 25.

@Lynne . Yes you are correct. GWR HST do not have gaps at the top, Cross Country Voyagers do. Why, I do not know.  Just shows you that HST are the best and they were british built.

So the answer is............use trains that don't have holes in the top of them!

I've always thought it unfair for agents to charge prospective tenants in excess of £200 for a £2 credit reference and an employers reference that costs nothing but a postage stamp. I'm pleased that those who rent will no longer be exploited by excessive agent fees. It would also be  good if the law was changed so that landlords also have to provide a financial reference to show that the property ...

GWR trains don`t, Cross Country trains(Voyagers) do. They have gap at top of them.
