As with everything there are rules and regulations just because it's a charity shop doesn't mean they can flaunt the regulations. Personally i would love to see all the charity shops close down and real businesses move in. Some weeks ago I wrote to our MP, It was to do with parking tickets issued by the new machines that are being used in place of the older type machines that do not require your registration number ( VRM).
