So with the basic essential services literally non existent the town council is able to find over a £120,000 for a second play park to take up nearly a third of The Lawn's current space. I will throw in two penny worth for all of your thoughts. What will happen to this countryside park when all of the razzamatazz has died down. It looks a prime site for some hippy-ho's to move onto and then the fun will start.
In my opinion, leatash is a fraudster. He has produced nothing of any substance or any proof of the facts he purports to be there. I have asked him several questions and he has answered none of them. Can one of you explain please why it is that in some car parks you take a ticket when you go in and then pay whatever amount is due for the amount of time you have stayed in the car park when you leave, whereas for other car parks you pay at the beginning of your stay for, say, 2 hours, even if you only use the space for 1 hour?
