This Town just continues to spiral down the crapper, but the cost's continue to spiral upwards and for what!

5 weeks lead time to see a G.P. Just as well I do not live in a City rather than a sleepy coastal town.

And in future those in charge of the school might learn from this young lads endevour to may be ask the students before they decide to implement changes. Considering the school's sole purpose is for the well being and education of said students, in my opinion.

They ask for the opinions of the town's folk and always do the  complete opposite as long as it can waste as much money as possible and continue the rapid downward spiral of decay to the town, in my opinion. Observations over the past 20 odd years living in Dawlish.

I experienced anti social behaviour and bullying for over 12 years on a regular basis and reported all these incidents to the police and they literally did nothing at all. My confidence in the Police is less than zero. In the local area there have been drug/alcohol related crimes for years and if anything they are getting worse. Shame the Dawlish council cannot do the same for the rest of what is left of Dawlish, but I suppose as long as the manor House and close surrounding area is ok, who cares about the rest of Dawlish spiralling down the drain. I pay over £3,000 a year on rates and for that I get my bins emptied, wow what a bargain.

Turn The Tide is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers who aim to make Dawlish the most climate and nature aware coastal town. Dawlish, the town that had how many tons of concrete poured over the last few years for a new sea wall!!! Well it is over 24,000 tons of concrete, not very climate friendly. The only people helping the smaller political parties to get more votes is the Liebour and Cons party in my opinion. Reform would not exist if we had governments that were true to their word, but again they are politicians so we should always expect the opposite of what they say in my opinion.

As others have said, in my opinion, they have pointed out in their promotion all the things that are actually damaging the economy and people's state of mind and living standards. Nothing they say inspires me to rally for them but quite the opposite.

Poor old Dawlish just does not get a break. First it was no more air shows then years of  reinforcing the sea wall for the railway because of decades of lack of maintenance by the company and now The Lawn being ripped apart this Summer for poop storage and to boot the motorcycle show that has been such a success the last two years go to Teignmouth ffs.

Oh no not young people getting together and having a good time, how dare they. What a focking country we have turned into, a complete nanny state. Glad I was a kid in the 60's and 70's and could do just what I wanted without government overwatch.

@Daverc - no apology required. Are there no services through the g.p's/NHS that could possibly help you to get out and about?

In my opinion all that Stalin Starmer has done is take over the purse strings for the multibillion £ budget the NHS waste every year. I assume so that he can now do the same but with even more vigour. Presumably to bring it to its knees in preparation for privatisation just  like he is doing with the economy, again in my opinion.
