We are pleased to announce some good news this morning - 5 cygnets have hatched from the eggs which were being incubated. 3 cygnets will be in the window hopefully (Tuesday) and 2 are still 'drying off' in the incubator. They look in good health but obviously it is very early days and the wardens will monitor their progress over the coming days.
The deli is going to focus on showcasing goods from local producers, and stock alcohol and gifts. It's expected to be open by the beginning of April.
