36kg of rubbish collected from round Dawlish today by volunteer litterpickers … just wanted to thank them and to warn people that a lot of broken glass was found in the Newhay and Newlands playpark. 
(If you fancy joining up its 10am at The Manor carpark every last Saturday of the month for Dawlish Against Plastic, everything provided).
Well done and respect for your hard work picking up the litter. Should get a one off payment from the council for doing their work for them.
I for one in Dawlish am less than happy with the ever decreasing services that I am having to pay £2657.91 in rates to Teignbridge Council.
I am aware of the breakdown of the rates and who get's what percentage, but where have so many services gone!
