majorp did you vote or not. And Lynne thats not what i said my thaughts are if you dont take part whatever the outcome what right have you to moan anyway sorry to dissapoint but i am of on my travels again back in 10 days isn't retirement great.

So..... if you don't cast a vote you have no right to moan if you do cast a vote but are on the losing side you have no right to moan (mustn't be a bad loser old chap, not cricket, what ho) if you cast a vote and are on the winning side you should have no need to moan Is that what is being suggested?

I wonder how many of those moaning voted for or against the playpark i know Lynne didn't how about everyone else.  I was talking to someone yesterday winging about the Goverment who didnt vote in the last election and who has never voted so what right have they to moan in my mind non at all. Just for the record i cast my vote.

Who's a friend of a friend with the councillors will determine whether it is a yes,yes or a no, no, nothing else!!!!!!

So now that it is known there were two consultations about the play park on the lawn, why was it necessary to conduct a second consultation on the same subject, what was wrong with the first?

I have many friends who are on bigger council's than a small town council. They know that there are many on the council's that are only interested in the gravey train and that is the ones that officers like. They no nothing and always follow what officers say, so the vote usually goes the way of what officers want, but then if things do go wrong, officers then claim it was what the members wanted. ...
