There is nothing wrong with The Lawn as it is, so leave it alone. What is this fixation on building a ridiculously small playpark on The Lawn wasting over £100K when 1) we already have a better and bigger playpark at the Manor 2) there are more essential things the money needs to be spent on.
A great decision there may not have been a serious accident but who in there right mind would want to use it with cars travelling at 70 mph+ down hill, it takes but a few minutes to turn round a little further up the hill a fuss over nothing me thinks.
Is it presently agricultural land? And what do you think it may end up being used for? Housing? Employment? other?
