Oh Teignbridge, Oh Teignbridge. It is councillors that run the council and not the officers. So it is up to your councillor as to what is going to be done about it. It is all about making money and nothing else but councillors get threatened with an increase in the budget if they do not follow the advice of officers. Parking is not about raising revenue and the road traffic regulation order ...
Teignbridge Council is being told it should to end its winter policy of 'free on Sundays' and cheaper winter parking at Dawlish Warren, and instead impose seven day a week charges at the much higher summer rates. Once a script is made up, it is for that person only. The drugs cannot be put back in stock. Some drugs have a limited shelf life, but as you all know, there is a label on the boxes and that label cannot be easily removed. It can be removed with care but who is going to take the trouble and time to do that? There is a bar code on most everything we buy these days and there is more information in ...
How is this planning request any more detremental to Dawlish than previous projects that have and have not been passed by our illustrious council(s)! More competition in the town is better for the consumer and, in my opinion, the putting area has always been a bit of an eyesore anyway.
Just a reminder that this planning application is being heard this morning. If anyone has any news on what gets decided please can you let us know. Thanks
It's not that the prescription is destroyed it's not ,the made up prescription is ie the boxes in the bag are put back in stock after a period of time maybe 10 days you then have to wait again for your script to be refilled. To be fair i have no clue how the system works all i know is i put my script in and a hour later i collect it i will ask when i go this week.
@Diana Mond That doesnt mean the the lad didnt bother to go an collecthis prescription, or does it, in your eyes/mind? When I used to collect from LLoyds, I was informed to allow 2 working days before collection, and have you tried collectiong after 2 days? Impossible and as I had stated before, I went a full week after submitting my request and it still wasnt ready then.

Controlled drugs Some prescription medicines are controlled under the Misuse of Drugs legislation. These include morphine, pethidine and methadone. These medicines are sometimes misused, so strict legal controls apply to their supply, to ...
A pharmacy destroys a patient's prescription because it's not been collected for a few days? Proper chemists like Boots don't do that.
Who waits 12 days before collecting their prescription? No wonder the NHS is on its knees, what with all these time wasters costing us £millions. It WAS ready “UPWITHIT”, but your son didn’t bother to collect it in a timely manner so it was disposed of.
