@Carer There is no need to shout. Whatever the reason(s), people are crossing that road in a dangerous manner. I understand that over the next 20 years or so it's planned that a lot of house building will take place quite near to it and very useful it will be too for those who live in these new houses if they work at the hospital - as the houses and the hospital will be in walking distance of each other.
