BB - don't lump air show in with carnival two separate organisations now. I'm fairly sure that if you offer to help air show you would be welcomed, and used.
Perhaps I'm old fashioned but I consider quite a lot of those examples to be crime, which should be dealt with as such. anti-social behaviour to me is belching at the dining table and breaking wind in public! Calling crime anti-social behaviour trivialises it and the impact of it.
