THE Dawlish Airshow will be featured on national television during a new series next week.
The airshow, and the problems of dealing with its huge crowds, will be part of Thursday's episode of the series The Railway: First Great Western on Channel 5 at 8pm.
Just watched it! That was good. Thank goodness the sun was shining, made Dawlish look lovely!!
I watched the programme which was an excellent advertisement for our lovely town. Next year perhaps double or triple the number of visits will come to the Air Show.

it is a very interesting series and Dawlish has been mentioned a few times. The episode featuring the air show was excellent and really showed Dawlish at its best. Lucky they filmed it on a year when the sun was actually shining for the air show rather than the grey heavy skies we have had the past few years.
