A speeding car crashed through a stone wall along the Exeter Road last night. The car then hit an electric pylon bringing down live cables. The car ended up on its roof but the driver managed to climb out through a window and leave the scene of the accident.

A children’s charity is looking for volunteers to help run a charity walk. At least 20 wraps of suspected heroin were seized by police in Dawlish following a morning raid on a town centre flat.
