sbooty Your right it is better to be safe than sorry, perhaps you should give them a ring and tell them they might have a problem. It would be the decent thing to do. They probably don't know. I just tried all 3 and and they were fine.
Fred's right. I moved here and have a successful business. Semi & retired professionals would be good as well as they could probably afford to use and support local tradesman, possibly creating new jobs.
