seems that someone just wants to "name and shame" a neighbour for bad behaviour, without them actually being brave enough to come out and name names or even the road this happened on. Watched it last night. It has been a fascinating series and has featured the sea wall section a few times, but last night was a great showcase for Dawlish. Beautiful blue skies, lovely beaches and a great airshow
listening to the different party conferences it would seem that no matter who you vote for they all think it is better to build over huge swathes of countryside and on various other discussion threads on here the same people who are against Dawlish expanding with new housing, say how awful it is that there aren't enough small properties for people.
I shop local where I can and where the produce is of a good quality, but I still use the supermarkets for most things simply because I work full time and need the convenience and I have 2 teenagers who consume food almost as fast as I can buy it
If you have electric storage heaters have you discovered if you are charging them up overnight on a standard or cheaper overnight tarrif. When we were in an all electric house we had Economy 7 which meant electricity at night when the heaters charged up was much cheaper than during the day, so we even had the washing machine on timer to come on during the night.
